Today we have an epic post for you! A group of Costume Craze employees dressed up in Superhero Costumes and performed a Geddan dance video! This was WAY too much fun to make. We’ve posted about Geddan before, and we decided it was time to make our own!

Kate Maloney, our CEO, led the team dressed as Lady Green Lantern. She looks fantastic, as does the rest of the gang.

If you’ve never heard of a Geddan before, you should watch this video below. Get Down, or Geddan, is an Internet meme which originated in Japan. The dance is based on a cartridge glitch in old Nintendo game systems, which causes the characters in the game to “dance” spastically. It’s become an art form to imitate the glitch with video and photos.

Here are the costumes used in our video. Dressing up as superheroes is the best! We’re so glad we were able to make this video and share it with all of you!
