Vikings in the Office
by Matthew on Thursday, October 29th, 2009Break.com made a funny video about a group of Vikings who take over an office on Leif Erikson day. Pretty crazy, but at least work wouldn’t be boring! Everyone loves Vikings – they’re bawdy, boisterous and aggressive. Plus they have cool costumes.
Our Viking costumes have been flying off the shelves and are quite popular this year. We have a large selection of Viking costumes and accessories for men and women. Be prepared to see these Norse warriors this Halloween, exploring your neighborhood and pillaging candy!

Jack Skellington Plays Guitar
by Matthew on Thursday, October 22nd, 2009I stumbled onto this fun little video by WunderbreadMcGee, uploaded to Youtube earlier today.
He’s wearing our Deluxe Jack Skellington costume, and playing This is Halloween from the movie Nightmare before Christmas.
Well played, sir, well played!
If you still haven’t decided on your Halloween costume, why not go as Jack Skellington? We also have the Sally costume if you’re interested in Couples Costumes.
You still have time to order before Halloween!
Costume Craze on Local TV News!
by Matthew on Tuesday, October 20th, 2009Costume Craze was recently on our local TV news! Kate Maloney and her crew appeared on stations KUTV and KJZZ to showcase our Halloween costumes.
They appeared live on the morning news, and again in the afternoon. Live television can be a bit intimidating, but they did great! The video clip above shows the afternoon fashion show.
Are you ready for Halloween? It’s only 11 days away!
Dress Up Your Pumpkin with Costume Accessories
by Sherene on Monday, October 19th, 2009
What’s Halloween without a jack-o-lantern or two? I tell ya, though, the jack-o-lanterns of my childhood aren’t quite so fancy as what you find these days. Take a look at some of the creative pumpkin carving from Martha Stuart’s site:

Pretty cool, huh? Keep in mind, though, that you don’t always have to carve a pumpkin to make a fantastic looking jack-o-lantern. Instead of scooping out messy pumpkin guts, pull out your paint, markers, craft foam and costume accessories to dress up your pumpkin!

Turn your jack-o-lantern into piratical perfection (see picture at top) with a pirate hat and eye patch or paint your pumpkin green, use a black marker to draw a face, attach a green foam nose and top it with a witch’s hat.
With a little creativity, some craft supplies and costume accessories, your jack o’ lanterns will go from pumpkin bore to haut couture!
Of course, if you’d prefer to be a pumpkin rather than carve one, skip the pumpkin patch altogether and check out our fun pumpkin costumes and accessories!
