This time she models our I Dream of Jeannie costume. As always, she looks incredible. On her blog, she poses in the costume, provides detailed closeups of the material and offers handy makeup tips and tricks.
In what will probably be one of the biggest hit family films of year, the bittersweet High School Musical: Senior Year dances into theaters on Friday, October 24th. Advance ticket sales in the United Kingdom, where the film opened Wednesday, broke records set by “Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire” in 2005, while online ticket sales in the United States indicate a box office opening that’s really going to rock.
HSM 3 follows young lovebirds Troy (Efron) and Gabriella (Hudgens) as they wrestle with the reality of leaving each other after graduation. Troy is planning to attend the fictional University of Albuquerque (the city where the series is based) on a basketball scholarship. Gabriella, meanwhile, has earned early acceptance to Stanford University. Joined by the rest of the Wildcats, they stage one last musical that reflects their experiences, hopes and fears about their future.
With new music, complex dance numbers, new characters and flashy fantasy sequences, “Senior Year” will be an exuberant movie experience for the whole family…and Nirvana for frenzied tweens.
Are the kids itching to join the Wildcats in their high school film fantasy? We’ve got the High School Musical costumes that will have them singing and dancing in the theater aisles!
Now it’s official - Kate Maloney is a celebrity! As we mentioned a few weeks ago, Kate put on a costume fashion show for Buy.com. Not only will this fashion show air on their website, but it will also run on local stations in California, and the popular cable network G4.
Isn’t this great? Congrats to Kate and the good people at Buy.com. Well done!
We are very excited to announce that Costume Craze will be featured on Buy.tv, the television channel for Buy.com. Our fearless leader, Kate Maloney, is in California right now, and just finished filming a costume fashion show!
Buy.com asked the lovely Kate to be a guest on their show, which broadcasts on their website and also the cable channel G4. Kate talks a bit about Costume Craze, and then she puts on a fashion show as Buy.com employees model our costumes. Great job, Kate!
Now she can add “TV Star” to her long list of accomplishments. The show is scheduled to air in a couple of weeks. We’ll be sure to post it here as soon as it’s available.
The Arcadia Theater in Olney, IL had a Hellboy pizza party to celebrate the release of Hellboy 2: The Golden Army. We’re honored that they chose Costume Craze to get their Deluxe Hellboy Costume.
Doesn’t he look great?
They were really happy with the costume and gave us a big shout out on their website. I think this is just great. I love being in this business, it’s all about helping people have fun.

In two weeks, the latest Star Wars movie will hit the theaters. The Clone Wars is an animated feature set immediately before events of 2005’s Revenge of the Sith and will serve as a kickoff to the animated TV series of the same name planned for a fall release on the Cartoon Network.
As a Star Wars geek, I’m VERY excited for the new animated Clone Wars movie and TV series.
Interestingly, there’s a new character introduced in this series. Apparently, Anakin gets his own Padawan to train, and her name is Ahsoka Tano.
According to Wookieepedia, “Ahsoka was discovered by Master Plo Koon at a young age and was raised in the Jedi Temple. She was promoted to Padawan earlier than normal by Master Yoda in hopes that it would teach Anakin Skywalker a greater sense of responsibility.” Well, we know how that turns out. Poor Anakin….
Lucasfilm recently released a 3 1/2 minute extended action sequence from the new Clone Wars movie, and I think it looks fantastic!

Not bad, eh? If you’ve got the Star Wars bug, be sure to check out our large selection of Star Wars costumes. We have costumes from the original movies, the prequels and the new animated Clone Wars series — for babies, children, adults — and pets, too!
