Ben Affleck Posing as Batman

by on Thursday, July 31st, 2014

Director Zack Snyder, the man behind the upcoming Batman v Superman movie, recently posted this fun photo on Twitter.

It’s Ben Affleck posing in the Batman cowl! Looks great. Notice the short ears? We’re getting a different version of the Batsuit this time around. It’s a tribute to the costume worn in the comic The Dark Knight Returns by Frank Miller.

Costume Craze Loves Batkid!

by on Monday, November 18th, 2013

Costume Craze loves Batkid! We are so touched by last Friday’s events, when the Make A Wish foundation teamed up with the entire city of San Francisco to make a little boy’s dream come true. At least 7,000 people joined the festivities and cheered Batkid as he foiled several “crimes.”

You look great in that costume, Batkid. Thanks for saving the day!

Miles, who is now in remission after several years of treatment for Leukemia, was met with a surprise when he arrived in San Francisco to collect a costume of his favorite superhero. The Make-A-Wish foundation had organized a day of crime-fighting antics for the pint-sized superhero.

Local media estimated that at least 7,000 people took to the street to cheer Batkid on as he embarked upon his crime-fighting mission in a black Lamborghini emblazoned with the Batman logo accompanied by the caped crusader himself.

Cops Pull Over the Easter Bunny!

by on Thursday, April 4th, 2013

It was a wild Easter for one bunny, when the California Highway Patrol pulled over a man wearing our Easter Bunny costume. He looks great, but he shouldn’t be riding a motorcycle!

The Easter Bunny was stopped for not wearing a helmet. Well, he was wearing a helmet, but it didn’t cover his tall rabbit ears, according to police. Is this for real?

Pennings said the officer proceeded to make a traffic stop after noticing the man’s tall white ears were not covered with a helmet. He also said the costume posed a safety concern, as it was a visual impairment.

LOL, this whole story sounds like an article from the Onion. At least it ends well. The man was heading to a charity event, and the cops let him go with just a warning.

The lesson here? Wear your costumes proudly, but be safe!
